Our story
Built by practitioners, for practitioners.
Vaista was founded in Sydney in 2026 by a small group of partners who had spent decades inside global consulting firms and operating roles. We were drawn together by a shared frustration: too much advice, too little change.
We set out to build a firm where senior practitioners do the work themselves — where independence isn't marketing, but a structural commitment.
Today, Vaista is a team of senior advisors with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
