Vaista was founded in Sydney in 2018 by a small group of partners who had spent decades inside global consulting firms and operating roles. We were drawn together by a shared frustration: too much advice, too little change.

We set out to build a firm where senior practitioners do the work themselves — where independence isn't marketing, but a structural commitment. No software resale, no audit conflicts, no rotating juniors. Just experienced advisors, working alongside your team, until the change holds.

Today, Vaista is a team of just over forty advisors with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, serving clients from the ASX 200, federal and state government, and Australia's most ambitious mid-market organisations.
